Adoption of thought to be in action

If I were & this I am
This idea struck to my mind when talking ABOUT Brian Tracy book‘s law of customer. During discussion I thought about if I was customer what would I do? What would I like how would I purchase what should be my priorities in buying different commodities , what products I purchase must that were compulsory for me what I keep pending , from where I buy and why?
What could be my wishes for purchase process, how would I decide?
This thing leads me to understand approach of customer as well as decisions of the suppliers for product, location process for supply chain, customer services practices etc.
I believe instead of setting goals for our self as they do not motivate us as much as this belief that if I were as a ……. I would do this way
I have thought about setting goals many times but whatever you call it I could not plan to achieve those goals. May b it was my fault or the way of life that could not provide me such motivation in spite of the fact that goals were very high aimed, positive even I could not find a way to achieve those.
But now I think if in any situation, I start everything by putting myself in other character which I believe to be with a question
For example
If I was a customer what I should do
If I am a teacher what would I do
If I were an employee what I think about work & employer
If I was an employer what I think about work and employee
If I were a supplier how customer will think of me what he will expect
If I am a trainer what trainee would expect of me, as a trainee what I expect from trainer?
In short we always should think of the perspective of other person
We should always think of the ideal character we have in mind

More if I am … approach gives you line of action it forces you to act instead of thinking you do and start moving to your goal.

Body Weight Equation

In series of equation thinking let me talk about most important personal issue of many people today. I am talking about people who have become fatty or heavy weight /overweight within few years.
Do you know why this happens?
If not let us have a look on the equation below
Calories intake through food   = calories consumed + calories unconsumed (addition in body)

                                                           +  
  Calories intake through food   =               calories consumed +   calories unconsumed

This equation tells us that weight of the human body increases when according to this equation we do not consume full calories we in take or we intake more calories than we required.
There is a good thing in this equation for people who love to eat more that they can eat what they love to but other part of the equation tells them that they have to consume more calories or work more to burn extra calories they in take  in order to keep their weight in balance.
Or people can work on their daily diet in terms of calories keeping in view their life style for consuming calories
To keep body weight in balance this equation tells us a lot regarding life style
For example  if we take input  (calories intake)  without knowing ,without right quantity ,or without considering what output we want to have  it tell us we are not disciplined  in our diet so other part of the equation can be out of control mean resulting weight increase.
One important thing to consider is that when there is child stage this equation is balance for that child after maturity 2nd part of the output equation is unwanted and for that different practices are adopted like
Exercise / cycling
Physical Games
Increase of water portion of the diet
Juices
Fibrous food items
Salads/fruits
When think of your body weight consider this equation you will know what to do.
Rationalize input diet or change life style to cater extra calories 

Equation thinking to understand and apply

usually we in our daily and professional life think in very complex way. this thing leads us to stress, disappointment , fear of failure , boring mind set, loosing mind set and have negative impact on us. it demotivates us  to accelerate and achieve what we want.
here i am going to start a series of simple equations what will be useful in making our mindset , take things simple and focus for success in life. always approach in ant thing with this thinking.

1-Always look for the straight equation for every thing.
2-there is always a straight equation between input & out put
i.e  Input = out put   always
what we do usually we go for the losses or we see only result or what we get in actual
this must not be the case anyway.
e.g heat generation = heat absorption/used whether we take  out put 100% or loose some of the energy there is always equation.
we must not go for losses or other things before but after understanding the total relationship between things. in above example we know that we obtain less heat than we generate. true but we must not believe it in start that heat out put is less rather we should equate it then think of improving it by looking at the portion we lost during the transformation or we are unable to use/
this example is to make you understand only .
i will in series tell about different simple equations we need to think & follow and be motivated for our objectives  whether it is weight loss , success in exams, or business model or technology initiative.


my focus point is this straight relation ship will help you understand the situation fully and will drive you to right path for success. there is no straight relation between things then there will be ambiguity that will lead to failure
